Privacy Policy

Effective June 21, 2026
PrivacyTermsRefunds

This Privacy Policy explains how Clawza, Inc. (“Clawza,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect: (a) account information you provide — name, email, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider); (b) billing information processed by our payment provider (we never store full card numbers); (c) content you create — prompts, leads, landing pages, emails, images, and other outputs you generate; (d) integration credentials you choose to connect (e.g. Instantly, Meta/Pipeboard, Google) — stored encrypted at rest and used only to operate the features you enable; and (e) usage data such as log events, device/browser information, and feature usage.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, process payments and credits, generate the outputs you request, operate the integrations you connect, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party processors

We share data with service providers strictly to operate the Service, including: our authentication and database provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Stripe), AI model providers used to generate your content (e.g. OpenRouter, ByteDance ARK/Seedream & Seedance), and the integrations you connect (e.g. Instantly for email sending, Meta/Pipeboard for ads). Each processor handles data under its own terms and only as needed to deliver the feature you use.

4. Cold email & outbound responsibility

If you use Clawza to send outbound email or run ad campaigns, you are the sender/advertiser of record and are responsible for complying with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL) and the terms of any connected account. Clawza provides the tooling; you control who you contact and what you send.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use non-essential advertising cookies on the application.

6. Data retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see Section 8).

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for connected integration credentials, scoped per-tenant access controls, and least-privilege server access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and withdraw connected integrations at any time from Settings. To exercise any right or request full deletion, email support@clawza.app and we will respond within a reasonable period.

9. Children

The Service is for users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
